I embrace a holistic and integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy.
I am particularly passionate about supporting:
- Children and teenagers experiencing anxiety, emotional difficulties, or school-related stress
- Working women facing burnout, stress, or emotional exhaustion
- Individuals navigating trauma, low confidence, or major life changes
- Families experiencing emotional or relationship challenges
- People from Black and multicultural communities seeking culturally sensitive support
